Pinky R. Herao is an ecommerce and corporate transactions attorney with a focus on assisting entrepreneurs of highly lucrative online businesses with a variety of corporate matters in connection with mergers and acquisitions, sales, corporate finance transactions, commercial contracting, contract negotiation and joint ventures.

Ms. Herao attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Economics with Financial Applications. Ms. Herao went on to attend Emory University School of Law.

Ms. Herao previously practiced as an assistant general counsel in Fort Worth, TX for an international corporation as well as a senior associate attorney for boutique law firms in Dallas, TX and Atlanta, GA.
